Biltmore-This place is a dump.
The entrance ways are not maintained.
The landscaping is a joke.
Your better off at a hotel.
The people that work at Richdale Group seemed to be clueless.

If you expect 5 star hotel service, stay at a five star hotel and pay five star rates. I have stayed in many corporate residences around the globe. The place is definitely one of the better ones. The only real issue that I have with them is the cigarette butts around the pool. However, that is an issue of a few residents with no manners. If they prohibited smoking at the pool, it would improve.

I do not recommend this place to corporate customers at all. For $1600/month for a one-bedroom hotel, it's almost better to stay in a nice hotel. The staff are absolutely horrible. Not a good experience and 6 weeks to go....can't wait to get out of here!
