Cold, drafty apartment. I have a very small unit and the heat bills in the winter months averaged $100.00. The highest being $193.00 with the temperature set at 70 degrees. Noise level is bad, hear people upstairs using the bathroom. The repairs if you get them done take forever and they are not done properly, they will take 3-4 time do get anything done correctly. Promises made and not kept. Grounds are bad, they take no pride in the place. Looks good far away, but up close, terrible. STAY AWAY. The swiming pools are not kept clean. They have a hot tub, it was broken the entire summer I was there. Bad News Place.All they want is your money.
