Once of the most common way that Biltmore management used is to threaten you. Maintenance people came to your apartment without prior notice nor presenting with a work order. Don't take shower without locking the bathroom door because you don't know when the maintenance people will show up INSIDE your apartment. Things in your apartment disappear for no reason. The answer you get for the theft is to get a rental insurance.........Don't be fooled by the appearance of this apartment, your money should bring you at least some respect and privacy.

Wow! Great command of the English lanuage!!!! I read your review three times and still don't get your point. How is sending maintenance to your unit a threat??? Our experience has been that the office always calls to get permission for the workers to enter in advance.
