Very good, but the rent...

After a whole year with minor incidents with the bathroom tub, everything was fine, but at the end of my contract they decided to raise the rent $125 more for a month to month contract.

I wanted to stay, but that was either they're just greedy or they wanted me out of there.

month to month is always higher. otherwise what would be the point of a lease??
