However I did live there when they first opened, back in 1997. At that some of the repairs were done by the contractor that did the installation, like the dishwaser that flooded the kitchen, and the A/C with no freon. The rest were dont by their own maintenance person. It was pricy $750 for a 1-bed, and like some have said, thin walls and cold windows. I lucked out and was there when they paid the heat. My garage door had this issue.. It opened by itself, and they claimed that there was nothing wrong with it. I had several things stolen from the garage. They finally moved me to a different one. I spoke the next person to get that garage, and they had the same issue. Still no fault of the management. I was only there 1 year. They kept most of my deposit because of traffic wear on the carpet. The fitness center was not open yet, but probably still built into the rent anyway.

Don't you think an overall rating of "1" is low considering you admit to no serious problems while there and you actually rated each individual aspect higher? Have you ever owned a home? dishwashers and AC units eventually need repair or replacement.
