The Biltmore and entire Richdale Management Company are terrible to work with and I do not recommend living at any of their apartments. When you go to look at one you will think the 'look' nice but in reality they are poorly made and you will hear every sound, feel wind coming thru the walls/windows and have countless problems with your rent being raised, people 'losing' paperwork in the leasing office and the list goes on. I cannot stress enough that I would not recommend living at any Richdale property to anyone.

I will never recommend the Biltmore to anyone and I am only living in a corporate apartment for two months. Everything you mentioned above is correct. When people ask about the Biltmore, my husband simply replies, "They have style, not substance." He is so right!
