Before moving to Omaha from Chicago, I researched 8 local complexes. I chose the Biltmore. I never had a problem. Two names I remember were Rich and Jessica. They were attentive, honest and responsive. The quality of the wood, doors, windows and carpet at the Biltmore is way above others. Nothing compares to it at this price range. The fitness center is great, active and friendly.

I was honest in my application, I paid my rent on time, I respected my neighbors rights and pets. Of the tenants I met, they had decent jobs. This is reflected upon their positive and friendly nature. I did not see any junker cars, people changing oil in the parking lots or hear one all-night party.

When I asked for repairs, and they were done within a day or two. I never had an emergency repair order. If I had to find something out of sync it would be the people working the phones after hours. She did not seem to like her job nor represent the overall positive nature of those working in the residence office.

Realistically speaking, I do not expect any apartment complex to provide hotel style service. I lived in apartments in the US and Europe for work. The Biltmore was one of the best kept places in terms of cleanliness, location, quality, service and price for those attributes.

I read some of these rants and wonder what demands previous renters made to earn their treatment' Therefore, general "rants" are useless to use when deciding upon a place to live.
