Biltmore

 

Having come from Chicago where landlords expect first month rent, last month s rent, a security deposit equal to at least one month's rent and your first born....this was a pleasant surprise.

We are living within a short walk to the Joslyn elementary school in one of the best school districts in Omaha.

The residences are quiet and impeccably maintained.

Upon moving in, we discovered (late in the evening) that the hot water heater was not working.

This was a problem since we were very sweaty and tired, so we called the office.

Within minutes, they identified that the circuit breaker tripped off and they proceeded to amend the problem.

Since it would take hours to heat up enough water to shower, they made arrangements for us to use the shower facilities at the fitness center.

As a former homeowner, I understand that things breakdown and sometimes things just go wrong.

The staff at the Biltmore are responsive and competent, which is the most anyone can ask for......

It's been a treat as they even change your light bulbs ;)
