I almost decided not to live here based upon the bad reviews.

That would have been a huge mistake.

It has been a great place to live.

I think the negative posts are from losers who either didn't pay their rent or they caused huge problems here.

I have rental property in another state that I inherited.

Most people do not take care of their apartments.

I've only had one decent tenant in 15yrs.

I suspect that the big mouths on this page were troublemakers who got the boot!

Come see for yourself and ask to speak with a few residents.

Don't rely on the sour reviews in our complex.

If you pay your rent on time and respect your neighbors, you will appreciate living IN THIS COMMUNITY.

If you are disrespectful trash, go someone else!
