For $1600/month for a corporate apartment, you would think the staff would be more than willing to accommodate you. Absolutely not. The staff want YOU to accommodate them. It took 2 weeks to arrange for one of the staff to give us access to the gym after driving to the office and asking 4 times. NO....it's only done between 12 and 1. Well, I have to work for a living and cannot drive to the Biltmore during the day. When my husband and I are out, people ask, "Where are you staying'" We reply back, "The Biltmore." Their automatic expression is, "How nice!" My husband replies simply, "It's has style, but no substance." I crudely reply, "It sucks." We've had maintenance out twice and a plumber out once. The maintenance guy even told me...you were not suppose to put ANYTHING in the garbage disposal. What' I've done it for 31 years. Remind you, we have been here for 2 weeks....The pans in the corporate are so cheap, you're almost scared to boil water, forget trying to use the can opener provided, and we've had to have the mattress switched out the first week we were here. It was completely caved in the middle when we got here. This place is absolutely horrible. I will be writing-not emailing-the corporate office and forwarding to whomever is deemed necessary for my complaint. Why rent a corporate apartment for $1600 when you practically have to buy everything when you get out here anyway b/c nothing works! Isn't that the point of a corporate...to have the convenience of items that you normally would at home' I cannot wait to buy our house and see the moving truck pull up with our household goods. I hate this place. One more thing, Biltmore needs to realize that word of mouth is the most important and strongest advertising there is. According to these reviews, it will be interesting how many fools are sucked into their ridiculous games

RICHDALE GROUP SUX we had to move due to them mutliple times we have had the maintance crew walk in without prior authorization mind you the maintnance goes to EVERY BUILDING!!!! OWNED BY THE RICHDALE GROUP!!!! they walk in without knocking or ringing the bell, they steal peoples panties, i have had my neighbor say she has some missing after the maintnance men come! COME ON ITS REDICULOUS WE PAY 1000 RENT AND YOU CANT GIVE US THE RESPECT THAT WE DESERVE?! RICHDALE SUCKS NEVER RENT A UNIT FROM THEM EVER!!!

I hope you're not with Richdale anymore. I will NEVER breathe a good word about them. I can't wait to be out of here! Thanks for the input!
