I moved to the Biltmore apartments in December 08 and enjoy it here very much.
A friend told me about some of the bad comments on this site about Biltmore so I thought that I would check them out.
I don't agree with these comments at all.
Maybe the people writing them have an "ax to grind" for some reason.
I think that this is a very will cared for property.
Any maintenance requests that I have are quickly responded to by very professional people.
The office people are nice and always helpful.
The grounds are well cared for summer and winter.
The fitness center is great.
The only complaint that I have is with the building doors.
These security doors do seem to have a lot of problems, but once a problem is reported, it is fixed quickly.
I would give high recommendations of Biltmore to anyone wondering about moving in.

I left a HORRIBLE comment about renting a corporate apartment for $1600/month and could not even use the garbage disposal! So your cute comment about "ax to grind" is hilarious to me! You enjoy living at the Biltmore while I lived there for two months (fully paid for by my company) and enjoy my 2300sf house! Maybe you need to watch what you say. I only speak the truth being an educator, mother and wonderful wife. Good luck to you and hope you find a real home one day!

I think it's a little rude to brag about having a 2300 square foot house and that your company paid for you stay here. For some people this is their real home, and in hard economic times not everyone can afford a supposed "real house". Rude.

What an awesome educator you sound like, talking like that! I, too, teach Kindergarten and I can't imagine using such hurtful words. I lived at the Biltmore and had no problems. Good luck to YOU, "educator, mother, and 'wonderful wife.'"
