I have lived at Briar Hills Apartments for nearly one year. I would recommend this apartment complex only to people who love tranquility, serenity and peacefulness. If you decide that you would like to move here I would highly suggest that you tour the third floor apartments. These apartments have exceptionally unique cathedral ceilings. Their floor plans are very open and spacious giving you the option to set up their apartment however you see fit. The design of the apartment is very modern (angled). I have a separate room that has a washer and dryer in it, I like that very much because I can hide away my hamper and not have it displayed for my guests to see.
The office staff is kind and prompt to respond. They have odd office hours but one time I needed to speak to the manager regarding having my apartment painted and she made an appointment with me even though the office was technically closed. That brings me to another point, the office staff is very open to having your apartment painted in a color of your choice.
My point is, I love this complex and I highly recommend it!
