The office staff is awesome! They always remember your name and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I have had same day service for all my maintenance requests--no major problems so far. People must realize these apartments are not brand new and sometimes you have to sacrifice luxuries for monetary purposes but here you definately are not missing customer service.
