I have lived here for 4 years. Fortunately it is in one of the newer buildings. I had my dryer go out one time. They gave me a laundry card and I used the machine in the next building over. It was night and day compared to my building. The carpet was ran down and the building smelled. I have not been in any other buildings but I can tell that one has not been kept up.

The exercise room is the best part of the complex. Brand new machines and plasma tvs. It is several universal machines that work all the muscles. All includes treadmills and steppers.

The one gripe I have is our access door is either completely jammed or does not close on its own. Part of the reason we moved here was for a controlled access living. Sometimes thats present and sometimes not. There is also a Housing Authority apartment next door. We have had several vehicle break ins and a car jacking a few months ago in front of the office.

This is a good apartment for the value, just make sure your unit is nice and lock your cars.
