Briarwood Apartments

 

I have to say that the term " appartment community" is so overused these days.

But, I must also add that the staff of the Briarwood Apts., is the most family oriented and still professional group that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

The true test of a property manager and staff goes far deeper than solving a residents problems in timely fashion.

My experience with this staff began with the former property manager and has continued with an excellent replacement for him.

My family is multi generational.

The respect and genuine care for the wellbeing of "Grandma" has, on more than one occasion been proven.

Most recently during a cold spell, our furnace went out.

Upon receiving a call at the office, the maintenance staff had the problem fixed for Grandma within the hour.

On another occasion, management had safety bars installed for her.

No questions asked and with genuine concern.

The courtyard I live in has been blessed with the kind of neighbors that we all truly enjoy being around.

Through thoughtful and nonpredjucial placement of residents, my son has absolutely had the greatest kids to play with and has found some lifetime friends.

Our courtyard also enjoys a truly international flavor having several continents and nationalities represented in our "courtyard barbeques" every summer weekend.

I must also add one more point.

I am continuing my education and only a month ago struggled greatly with some of my studies.

One of my favorite staff members actually took some of her personal time to help me study for my finals.

I have never been treated more like family and friend than here at this "apartment community".

I certainly hope that Broadmoor Properties understands the value of this hidden jewel of a property and more importantly the real value of the management, staff, and maintenance crew here at Briarwood.
