I have lived here for 10 months now and have no intention of staying a day over my lease.
I don't remember having one good night's sleep. The construction quality is so poor that my upstairs neighbor sounds like a gaint with every step he takes. The plumbing is very noisy too, so everytime any one takes a shower I have to put up with the racket.
I had to request multiple maintenence items taken care of the day I moved in. I agree with one comment that the office staff don't care about you once you have moved in.
Do yourself a favor. Pay a few more bucks and go somewhere else. Don't be fooled by the "apparent" good value.
