The place isn't the worst, but it's far from the best. The space and layout of the 2 bedroom aren't bad, the pool's are great and the location is very central. However, we had to pay $35/mo. per cat (we have 2) for pet rent. Cats, that don't have claws, are neutered and don't spray or poop and pee on the floor like dogs do. Not to mention we could hear everything that the neighbors upstairs did, from "stomping" through their apartment, talking loudly to yes, throwing up in their bathroom. And as for those who say the dog poop everywhere is not a problem, well they obviously didn't walk in the grass ever, because it is everywhere and it is disgusting. I guess I'm indifferent to the place but I don't know if I would ever recommend it!
