Although there's carpet on the floors, floors crack and pop every time you move or your neighbors move. The water pressure change when someelse uses the water in above or below or when the toilet is flushed. One washer one dryer per building and no washer dryer hook up in apartments. I'm from out town and was not inform of these things. I like the location but no all the noisy from above and below me.
