I have lived there since december and have had nothing but problems. At this point I am breaking my lease because my apartment smells like a sewer. When I run my a/c my apartment smells like a sewer, I have asked management to fix it many times and get the same response each time: "we don't smell anything". You can distinctly smell it. My apartment is also invaded my millipedes or centipedes 9justas bad as roaches), conveniently they can't get rid of those eitheir. I took upon my self to lay rock and mulch where there was nothing but mud, and I have to kids so I hope they don't get mad when they see the carpet by the back door. I also had to cut the bushes and the tree by the sidewalk myself! Who would put a tree right next to a sidewalk''' All summer long I had a hose strung across my sidewalk. The hallways are nasty and smell like smoke. The management are rude and when I finally turned them into the BBB they no longer wanted to talk to me and told me to get out of their office when I went to get my records, then when I contacted the head person of the area she hung up on me. This is only a brief summary of the HELL that I had to incurr at this apartment complex. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. This was by far the worst apartment that I have lived so far! (Keep in mind that I have moved about year since 1999)

I agree. I know Ms. Fitzpatrick is a true B. She feels that she is untouchable because she is the district manager. I think she is prejudice, old, and a true -----

I live there now. I am unhappy. I have noisy neighbors above me. I've called the cops twice and have notified management a few times about it. Last night I was awake until 2:30am because of the talking above me. Management said that is how apt living is, "you will hear people." I responded by saying, "I hear people at 10pm - 3am, and that's okay with you guys?" She said" well, thats how apt living is." She has called my above neighbors but management will do nothing further. I get 1-3 hours of sleep a night because of my neighbors. Management said pretty much to deal with it. I am also recovering from surgery so I need a lot of sleep and management knows this. I am moving! I am looking for a place now!!!
