When I first visited Cambridge apartments, I was in a hurry to get out of the current lease I had at a horrible complex. The Cambridge staff was extrememly nice to me and very understanding about the 'rush' situation. I viewed only a couple apartments and decided to go with a 1 and 1/2 bedroom. I pay an agreeable amount for rent, including a garage next to my apartment and pet rent. I have always had a maintenance request completed that very day or the next and the staff seems to go 'out of their way' for me on several occasions. It's very quiet in my building, which I appreciate and parking is not usually an issue. (I get the same spot almost every night!) All in all, I WILL for sure be renting with Cambridge again when my lease expires, or I will stay in their management group. GREAT people!
