My husband and I have been living in our apartment here for about 3 years now. I like the convieniece of St. Geralds Catholic Church, Hyvee, Golds Gym, restaurants, and other shopping areas. When we first started looking for apartments it was difficult to find those that were affordable, spacious, and allowed more than one pet. Finding Cambridge was like finding a gem. We loved the area right away and felt the staff was very friendly. I have read some other reviews about maintenence issues, but we have never had but a couple of problems and the workers were very friendly and quick to help us.
