I am new to this apartment complex and so far have been impressed. On my move in day, I found a few items that needed to be fixed and the maintenance staff took care of it within a few days. I have found the grounds to be well-kept and clean. There are two pools which are very nice to use. I have stopped in the office multiple times to ask questions and found the staff friendly and helpful. The location has been great so far, extremely close to interstate access, with a Hy-Vee just a block away and shopping mall within 10 minutes. I live alone and so far feel very safe and comfortable in this area. As a new resident, I am currently satisfied with my choice of Cambridge Apt.

HA! YOU'VE BEEN HAD! Keep any valuables out of your car and watch out for the water in the showers! And quarters. You're gonna want lots and lots of quarters.

Gee, who would be brilliant enought to leave valuables in the car anyway! You would spend as much at a laundry mat not to mention the inconvienence of sitting there all day to watch so no one steals your clothes.
