Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
This place is great if you want to see cops in the parking lot every night. This is because of all the "low income" people who live here. The dumpster outside always has trash stacked around it because the people are to lazy to throw it in the 10 by 10 hole on the top of it. The walls are paper thin. The maintenance was a joke. I would say overall I felt like I was in the ghetto. Not in west Omaha like I thought.
