i am one of the "low income people here" and its not ME that makes it messy

i am one of the people..well families that live here and its not as bad as this person is letting it on to be...there are a few problems with the place like as in everyplace out there...and just because there are low income families that live here that dosent make it trashy or living in the gettho as they say
