I have lived here for about 4 months now. The apartments are very quiet I have never had a problem with noise, but I do live on the 3rd floor. The maintenance has always accomplished my requests in up to 48 hours. I always find parking in front of my house. The trash cans have never overflowed either. It is a safe place to live even though there are low income families. I like I can find an affordable place to live in west omaha. I also thik the management is very nice and reasonable!
