I have never been so displeased with a management office ever in my life. I have lived in many apartment complexes and have never received such a poor level of service from a management office. The office states they are open M-F 10-6 and Sat 11-4. However, they are frequently closed with no explanation by 5:00-5:15 pm during the week. They frequently do not open at all on Saturdays, again with no explanation. This makes it very difficult to get your packages when you repeatedly go to the office and they are never open when they are supposed to be. Also, they will not return the messages you leave on the answering machine. I made an emergency maintenence request on a Saturday that was not returned at all. There are many apartment complexes in Omaha that offer a much higher level of management and maintenence service, so I would not suggest this complex if maintenence is important to you and quality management is important to you.

I hate to sound so negative, but I am completely displeased with this apt complex. The apts are very nice and spacious, and I think the price is fairly reasonable. That is the only reason I've continued living here. However, if the quality of the management office and maintenence office is something that's important to you, I don't think you would be very pleased. There are some people who work in the office who are incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright lazy. I have rented at multiple apt complexes in my life, and I would rate this management office as the absolute worst that I have ever experienced. I have been quite appalled at the behavior of the management office on more than one occasion, and am not planning on continuing my lease when it expires.
