Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
We have lived here since March of 2008. We moved here because the price was reasonable for an apartment in West Omaha.
We LOVED:
*The swimming pool in the summertime, however anyone can enter the pool as there are no locks
*The location
*The ice maker in the fridge
*The walk in closets in both bedrooms
We HATED:
*Apartments are a little small. 1,000 sq ft. for a two bedroom.
*The fact that during the winter time, walks and parking lot would not be cleared of snow (sometimes during the whole weekend)
*The office personnel was very hard to work with
*Windows are VERY drafty. When we reported the problem, the office told us to go buy the plastic to put over them.
*Police are there ALOT - I think quite a few drugs
*Maintenance actually set a light bulb for our oven outside our door when we weren't home - they wouldn't even change it.
*Walls are thin
*Parking is challenging at times, depending on what building you live in
*People at this apartment complex let their children run everywhere outside with no adult supervision vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
