First, the elevators work about half the time. The half the time they are broken is when you have a bunch of stuff to carry up nine floors!

Also, they control whether you have heat or AC coming out of your vent, and the AC gets turned on mid-June it seems, so the whole place feels like a sauna forever.

I live on the west side of the building and just cook every evening!
