I have been a tenant at Capitol Hill Apartments for quite a while, and I cannot think of any other apartment where I have lived, that the staff is so wonderful. They start my day with a smile every morning. The office ladies are great; they do it all! They have even signed for my packages and kept them in the office when I am at class & work... This building is safe/friendly/and so are my neighbors....The elevators could use some updating, and maybe some fresh paint in the halls. i especially love the study area, oh and the laundry room is great.
