If low rent and gas heat paid is attracting you stop it. We initially chose this apartment because gas heat was paid, was very close to our work place plus we were in a hurry, we needed a place within a week. At first I thought it was ok but what a mistake it was. As soon as we signed the lease, management started giving us problems. Management is so rude.. I've neva eva seen such rude people in my life. They need some mental help. Meet the manager and you'll know what I am talking about. Phone hangups and blaming innocent tennats for things they have neva done is just a part of it. Neva eva think about choosing this apartment. Decision you will regret for sure. This place is not worth it.. Can't wait till the lease is over..
I should have read the reviews before signing the lease. Don't make the same mistake I made.

identical horror story to us When we were tenants. Be shure to tip off authorities with any evidence you may have.

Exact same problem I had with them, exact same problem. Has anyone ever thought about doing a class action suit against D. Thompson Realty to stop them from terroizing other innocent people?
