I have lived here for nearly 3 years and am moving out as soon as my lease expires. Management is horrible and their excuse as to why everything is run down is it's a 30 year old building and we're not updating it. They are cheap and refuse to fix anything. Our apt shakes every time a truck drives down Grover Street. Our car has been broken into and our garage has been broken into. We have only met one nice person who lives here. The apt managers change every other month and they all suck. There is no insulation in the building and our OPPD bill is outrageous in the summer. The parking lots are impossible to get into during the winter because of the steep hills. You will also bottom out your car using them. The balconies all lean forward as if they are going to fall off the building and the walls have numerous cracks implying possible foundation problems. I wouldn't be surprised if the building becomes condemned within the next 5-10 years as Robert Hancock Management is cheap and won't fix anything. We only stayed for the past 2 1/2 years due to promises that weren't ever fulfilled. We have learned our lesson and will be out shortly. Don't be fooled by relatively cheap rent as your OPPD and GAS bills will make up the difference. The management will do anything to get you into the broke down apartment and then when you need something fixed good luck. The only positive thing about the complex is Ted the maintenance man, he's super friendly and works hard.
