my boyfriend's car was stolen from the parking lot. a coworker of mine who lives in the complex has also had his vehicle stolen. the grass is rarely mowed. they planted dead flowers this year, and somehow my water bill is higher (because they are watering these dead flowers nonstop). walls are thin, neighbors are noisy at all hours of the night. decks on apts were deemed unstable and were to be replaced over 2 months ago. still has not happened. dryer on my floor was broken for 3 weeks even after notifying management. anyone can enter the pool area because nobody really monitors it. the entryway/hallway/stairs of the buildings are always dirty. outdoor lights at enterance of building has been nurned out for longer than i can remember. also rent is going up again. i will not be staying.

I've been at Cedar Heights for over 3 years and love it. We don't pay for water so there is no water bill to increase. A lawn service company comes mows and trims then cleans off the sidewalks once a week. The grounds are beautiful, the groudskeeper is always watering the flowers and tending to the grounds. I've witnessed these acts on more then one occasion. I've also never seen any dead flowers nor have I had any security issues regarding my vehicle or apartment. The hallways are also cleaned by a cleaning service once a week, usually the day after the lawn service mows. I've seen her vacuuming and cleaning the windows. This person sounds disgruntled, probably over not getting their way with something. I would highly recommend Cedar Heights to anyone. It's a beautiful place to live with a friendly staff.

you must not live in my building. the "water bill" is the rent that goes up every year. not to mention that across the parking lot where my friend lives, the rent is $50 more on the exact same apt. same floor, same square footage, same carpet, etc. the friendly staff often leaves the office hours before the closing time and rarely returns phone calls. that "cleaning service" spends 2 minutes in my hallway. looks the same on that day as the day before. same spiderweb has been in the corner for months to prove it. the sidewalks do get cleaned every 3 days or so because of the over abundance of unidentified animal feces that is continuously in front of the building. so you are right, i am disgruntled, because i feel like i am getting much less than what i pay for. i guess i'm not getting my way - to live in a safe, secure, well maintained property.
