I have lived in Cedar Heights for almost a year now and can't wait until our lease is up. While at first it seemed like a fairly nice place, it soon became clear it is anything but. Despite the "security" that patrols the area that my roomate and I heard about when we signed our lease, my car and my friend's car were both broken into in the parking lot and our next-door neighbors had their window kicked in and a bunch of things stolen from their aptartment. Water seeped under my carpet in my bedroom to which maintence did nothing. LUCKILY my toliet and shower backed up a week later and flooded (which is now my fault) so someone had to break down and clean the carpet, for which I am now getting the bill. The reviews you read about the outrageous OPPD and gas bills are completely true, our apt. was in the basement and we still had the most unbelievable high AC bill I have ever seen. I truly hope this building gets condemned and does everyone a favor.
