At first, with all their ammenities, we thought it wouldn't be that bad of a place. They do have sand volleyball, tennis courts, pool, pool tables, etc.. The complex is old, from around the 1960s. The doors are big and heavy and on a spring--very inconvenient. There is a lot of hispanic gang activity. There was a shooting in my building. There are only 3 washers/dryers for 25 apartments, and people can watch you in the laundry room from the park right outside the door (the laudry room is lit up, the park is dark). One time I went to do laundry and a man was in there in his underwear doing his laundry!
These apartments are poor quality and made us a lot more picky about where we go in the future.
