I've lived at Citadel for 3years and all I ever expirianced is good. I have been aware of some car brake ins but mine has never gotten broken into. The grounds are beautiful they are always kept up. When I start noticing that trash is there I just call the office and they take care of it for me. The girls in the office are nice they offer a verity of amenities and they give you the oppurtunity to interact with people from different culture at their annual pool party.
