I have lived at the Citadel for over a year now and several issues here have upset me.
1. The staff is extremenly, EXTREMELY inadequate. I have called about problems and was told it will get taken care of, only to find out later that they completely disregarded everything (SEVERAL times). One time I tried to reserve the clubhouse for a baby shower and was told that a day was open and would be held for me, only to find out later that it was actually rented that day. Now I only deal with the manager, who actually gets things taken care of.
2. Cars get broken into a lot here. There is glass in the parking lot frequently. Once I called to ask them to clean it up and was told it would be cleaned that day. It was never cleaned up.
3. The clubhouse/pool is often closed early for whatever reason. Twice this week I tried to use the indoor pool and they had closed early without notice.
4. Parking is awful! Often, I have to park far from my building in an unlit parking lot.
5. The laundry room is always dirty, the machines are expensive, and the laundry cards frequently do not work. What a pain!!

There are some nice things about this complex. The landscaping is beautiful and the actual apartment is nice. The maintenance is prompt, if you can get through the airhead staff.

Overall, I would not recommend the Citadel. For the price one can find something MUCH better. I will be moving in a couple months.
