this apartment complex has nothing but kids running around not being supervised, drug dealers, alcoholics, and perverted --------!!!
i have lived here since 2000 at the age of ten and the staff was friendly and fun to be around but now all it is a bunch of people that make no sense... they recently got id's that you are suppose to carry on you whenever you want to use the pool or gym or whatever else you want...that was supposed to be effective on May 1st, of 2009, it is now June 1st, 2009 and they now want to make it effective...they are rude and disrespectful!!!
i got especially close to a couple of the workers because of the fact that i even worked here but they have changed some much as well...your friends become your enemies when you live here and it sucks!!
Sheryl the manager was nice in the beginning but working for her changed my whole outlook on her!! she accused me of sleeping with her husband rick the maintence man who is like 50 or something like that...she also accused me of sleeping with other people on the pool table right in front of the camera!!!
that is just degrading and disrespectful!!! i have alot more self respect then that..
she also hires people that are nothing but rude, pushy, and threaten you alot!!!
me and my parents and my family have been here way to long!! we cant wait to move out yet this is really the only thing we can afford right now!!!
i dont get the pet policy!!! they say cats are aloud with a deposit non-refunable and if you want to have a dog you have to have a doctors note saying that you need one!!! yet i know people that live here that do not have notes at all and they have two to three dogs that are german shepard size!!! they are not small nor should they be aloud to have them period!! people dont pick up after there dogs messes and they dont follow the rules if they have a dog...such as a leash dont see most of them on one and with kids running around like they are they should be on one!!!
the maintence men are nice as can be and will tell you the problem but they take the lazy way out to fix the ---- that needs to be done!! such as our basement wall!!! it has mold on it because of the fact of the rain and sprinkler hitting the wall!!! they are just taking away space and building another wall over it to cover it up!! the bathtub leaks into the kitchen ceiling below, the wood is molding and gross and they just sprayed it with bleach and redid the ceiling...then two days later painted the mold that was showing!!!
there are alot of loud hispanic people that live here and they disrespect the rules as well!!! not only do they not care how loud they are, you can not walk down the street enjoying a nice day with out being yelled or whistled at if you are a girl or woman!!!
there is broken glass all over the place and the lighting isnt good either i have to watch all directions while walking to and from my car...not only that there are shootings and gun shots periodically!!! it is bad!!!
the roads have potholes in them and all they do is pore cement in them to fix them!! it rains again hard or snows and they are back!!!
overall this places is a ---- hole and just going to hell!!!
they dont do background checks and they standards arent high at all!!!
i dont recommend it to anybody
i give this place a 0 to live!!!
