This place is terrible and looks like that everything is falling apart. The manager doesn't do anything at all. When I moved in, the range in the kitchen was extremely dirty; so were all cabinets and window blinds. The manager promised me to get them cleaned when I looked at this room, but obviously she didn't. The laundry room was very dirty as well.

The room had given me some problems during my stay. There were large patches of rust on oven racks, and the oven failed to work after a few weeks. Drains couldn't function well, and the water overflowed from the sink in the bathroom. That was very disgusting. Then air conditioning stopped working well in the summer. Everytime I had to call the manager at least 2 times and to complain to the management company (a few blocks away) in order to get someone to fix the problem. Usually that was two weeks after my first call. The manager's promises are not the promises at all, and you can just ignore them because they were NEVER honored.

Please just pass by and don't even try to take a look at this property. It doesn't deserve a look and lacks the minimum quality of living.
