Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The parking here sucks. There are never any spots even though there are garages. Not very many people actually use the garages to park they just store stuff. And the people that lived below us always parked crooked so they could have the front two spots. The management did send out a letter about parking but it wasn't enforced very well.
