Overall I didn't have very many problems while living at ccv.. Whenever something broke the maitnance would always come either the same day or the next day to fix it... The staff was always very pleasant and helpfull... the location was convenient for me, the interstate is very close.... rush hour took a little extra time, however it wasnt as bad as some other parts of town i have lived in. I couldn't hear my neighbors most of the time ( I lived on the top floor though so that might have made a difference)
Now as for my complaints.... well like others have already stated, the parking sucks.... It wasn't lit very well... some winter evenings i would just stay at home so I wouldnt loose my parking spot and have to walk far in the cold. When i moved in I was promised that they were getting controlled access locks and that i would get a new deck very soon.... I didnt get a new deck the whole time I was there nor controlled access.... i would sometimes have problems with the plumbing... now they did always come and fix it right away, but it got annoying when things would always plug up...
Based on my 2 year experience while living at ccv, i would reccomend it.
