Overall, I liked CCV. The staff was always very nice and took the time to answer questions/complaints. I liked my apartment especially because it had a new balcony and newer carpet.
The only complaints I have are about the parking situation and the plumbing. As far as the plumbing goes, maintenance got here the same day I called.
The tile on the floors was nice, and having ceiling fans is a plus.
The location is great for me. Close to Oakview Mall, and great Interstate access.
I would recommend CCV.
