I wouldn't live here again

Country Club isn't the greatest place to live but I'm sure there are worse. It's cheaper than other places if you don't mind the other problems.
Everything looks nice when you first move in but you quickly find out how cheaply everythin is made. We can hear every step our upstairs neighbors make.
We've had many poblems in the year and half we've been here. There is a horrible bug problem. Spiders and other bugs are all over. They claim to spray for them but I've never seen anyone spraying and the bugs don't really ever go away.
We've had problems with our heatin/ac too. It was putting out the smell of cigarette smoke this spring/summer and the management didn't try very hard to fix it (We spent 2-3 weeks in 90 degree heat without air conditioning). I was on the phone with them almost every day trying to get it fixed. Finally they fixed it but never told us how and now our apt. smells funny.
The sinks are perpetually getting clogged and the maintenance people have to come clean them out. CCV doesn't let us use drano or anything like that in the sinks so you just have to put up with seeing everything everyone else washes down the drain. It's GROSS!
If you have to take the interstate during rush hour, 108th & L is a pain. It takes 5-10 minutes to get through the intersection.
Moving can be difficult if you get an apt. on the 2nd or 3rd floor but on the first floor it's easy because you can use the patio door.
