All in all this complex is pretty good. Keeping in mind ALL apartment complexes have some type of problems.

The few maintanace problems I have had were fixed within 24 hours.

Very few problems with other tenants,except from the apartment across the street. They believe our grounds is where they walk there dogs. And think they need to occupy our pool.
