...unless, you're comfortable with cigarette smoke smell all over the hallways and inside the apartments (after sometime you get so used to that when you travel elsewhere you really noticed that cigarette smell all over your clothes, disgusting and totally unhealthy), trash in the halls, black oil in the parking lot (because there's always a mechanic fixing a car), no parking available between 6pm-6am) because there's either a couple of trucks with trailers full of trash taking 2 parking lots or just because there's a lot of cars for too little apartments.

One time my neighbor asked me to please allow him to go through my apartment so he could climb up to the ceiling through my balcony and then jump into his balcony, I was amazed how easy it was for him (maybe he's been doing it for a long time now), then one night at 2am (that son of gun woke me up!) the same guy was knocking on my door!... of course I didn't open the door, but go figure what he was going to ask.

The ceiling... I asked and asked and asked, and FINALLY they "fixed" a leak, every time it rained I had to use a pot or something to stop the raindrops from getting wet the carpet, after some time they leak began again, now there's a gorgeous artistic stain right in the middle of the living room's ceiling to stare at for hours.

The kitchen sink, as far as I can remember, 4 times I had to ask to unclog it... piece of crap!... Buildings are 20-30 years old, according the plumber, we were like family by the 3rd time he had to come and fix the damn sink...

Another neighbor got his car broken into, reported to police, police went by a couple of nights after that doing rounds, then long time no see, then 3 months later his car was stolen. In another parking lot a truck was vandalized (burned, windows broken, etc).

Just a beautiful place to live with kids... just beautiful!...
