Not a bad deal, could be a whole lot worse

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
We moved into this complex in 2004, not a bunch of BS involved just the deposit and move in. Bad apples come and usually go quickly, not much in the way of law enforcement taking care of tenants.
The price of rent is right in the middle, the property is average if not just a tad above average.
Laundry facilities could be better(One Washer & Two Dryers)
