I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND COUNTRY ESTATES

I read some of the reviews previously listed and would have to guess that these would be disgruntled residents who probably didn't pay their rent on time. I found Country Estates to be very comfortable and the staff was outstanding, very helpful, courteous, prompt in taking care of any concerns I had, and made me feel very welcome. I would HIGHLY recommend Country Estates due to the price, location, accomodations, staff, and atmosphere.

I disagree with you, not all of the bad reviews are done by people who don't pay rent on time! I had issue's with the management, mold, flooding, roaches, rotting wood, etc. Not due to me, but due to poor building and poor maintenance on Country Estates part.

I agree with glopau, not all responses are done by people who don't pay rent. We moved due to the horendous mold! We knew right away it was a bad place to live when the night we moved in there was 4" of water in our basement!

We lived at Country Estates for a year (1999-2000). The management was horrible! We paid our rent in full and on time (no returned checks either). We were courteous of our neighbors, didn't have parties or play music too loud or late at night. We had our car parked just beyond the "fire" lane and they tagged it to be towed and tried to tell us that it was parked illegally. We also had trouble getting our deposit back. We turned in our keys (they were in an envelope with a note giving our forwarding address to send the security deposit) just before the office closed on the last day of the month, I waited the 14 days plus a few for mail and hadn't received anything. I called the office and was told that I did not "demand" my deposit back. After several calls from an attorney, I finally got my money. We also had problems with water in our basement, so obviously they haven't done anything to fix a major ongoing problem. |

Does anyone know any townhomes in Omaha around 108th and Maple or Fort that they would recommend? Atleast a 2 or 3 bedroom?
