water leakage and serious mold issues

I have concern for families with little ones. Please do not move here. My family has had health issues living in Country Estates Townhomes. After moving here mold has grown through paint and water is leaking in through various places. Who knows how much mold is growing behind sheetrock. There is visible mold all over basement. Husband and I have reported water leaks and mold to leasing office several times. The response from them is: subject change, dumbfounded look on thier face, or maintenance is very busy right now. we will probably have to throw away some of our things that have been sitting in basement due to mold spores. we are trying to get out of here ASAP. save yourself trouble do not move in.
