An Okay place to live, but they will steal you $$

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 

I lived at Keystone apartments.

When I moved in I had to spend 2 or 3 days to clean up the place.

When I moved out, they decided to keep $65 xtra to have someone else clean it after I spent a week cleaning it.

I had 3 people who helped me and they all said it was spot-less.

Well Mr.Don Campbell told me that if I didn't like it I could take him to court, then hung up on me.

I DO NOT suggest renting from this guy.
