We are currently living in one of DC Investments apartment complexes and they are misleading when you meet them. They guarantee to help with what ever and be very accomodating and be quick to fix any problems, but that is not the case.
Our sink has been leaking since we moved in and they have come out a couple times to fix it, but it is still leaking, and I have placed numerous calls to them and nothing is being done. Also, when we were looking at the apartment, they said that they would put new carpet in the kitchen.. when we moved in, it was not done...two months have passed now and we have called them twice to talk to them about it and they said they would call us to get it done...Yeah right!! I bet we'll still have that nasty carpet in there next year!!
