I lived in a DC Investments property 3 years ago on the third floor of a converted mansion. We had a squatter who broke into an apartment. The light fixture in the living room smoked one night, and they didn't come to look at it until the next day; which was ok since I couldn't go to work anyway because they didn't plow the snow, and my car wasn't going anywhere. I caught 7 mice in 12 months, and when I complained, they taped a box of sticky traps on my door. Also, and this should have been a HUGE clue...WOODEN FIRE ESCAPE!!!! How is that even legal
